Ash Heriot has been involved in the fitness industry for over ten years working at various major gyms including “Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre” and “Aqualink” where he has worked as a gym instructor, personal trainer and group fitness leader.
In early 2009 he sold his family business to concentrate solely on his passion in fitness training and coaching and established Rumble Fish Health and Fitness. He is now committed to bringing his passion for a fitter healthier lifestyle to the wider community.
He has completed five Olympic distance Noosa Triathlons and in 2000 ran the Sydney marathon giving him great insight into the challenges involved in training and competing in gruelling events such as these.
Ash has always had a strong interest in football and has worked with several clubs where his passion, commitment and enjoyment has been the same whether it has been local juniors or right up to VFL level.

Lisa Renn has 10 years of experience as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and is currently a media spokesperson for the Dietitian’s Association of Australia (DAA).
Lisa’s passion is helping people change their habits and create a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Lisa has training in Health Coaching, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Solution Focused therapy and uses these techniques to assist clients to identify and overcome their barriers to a healthy lifestyle.
Lisa has contributed articles to many publications, spoken on radio and appeared on Channel 9’s “What’s Good for you” as a nutrition expert. Lisa has also been on DAA’s working party to establish the “Best Practise Guidelines for the Treatment of Overweight and Obesity.”
